A few things every plan comes with.

Fillings, crowns, and most in-office procedures come with a 20% member discount.

Add a family member to any plan and get an additional 5% off their membership.

If you haven't used any benefits within 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full.

The fine print

Cosmetic treatments (bonding, veneers, whitening), orthodontics, and procedures by outside specialists are not included.
Benefits cannot be combined with insurance or other discount programs.
Membership is a 12-month commitment. Not insurance, not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act.
Treatment costs not covered by membership are due at time of service.
